Michael Mukhar, founder and owner of Alpha Dental Ceramics leads his highly dedicated team which has been serving the dental community for more than 33 years. He strongly believes in customer focused service. A “whatever it takes attitude”. Mike believes in leading by doing, a very hands-on style of management. Our work is creative, artistic, innovative, efficient, consistent, lifelike and is ahead of time or on time delivery. Furthermore, continuing education is paramount. He believes that attitude and education are what makes his laboratory high-end.

Mike attended Houston Baptist University before transferring to the University of Texas Health Science Center. He graduated with honors after working advanced cases with the dental students as is a member of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity. This became an invaluable experience towards his career. Mike, certified in Crown and Bridge and Ceramics with over 35 years of experience, is the founder of Alpha Dental Ceramics and the Director of Training. He and his wife April have three children and enjoy skiing, boating, and tennis.
Wade
Laboratory Supervisor & CDT
Wade, a Houston native, graduated from Texas State Technical Institute with a degree in Dental Technology. As a Certified Dental Technician he is also PTC Certified in Dental Anatomy and has over 30 years of experience. Wade has worked with Vident, performed continuing education courses, and remains dedicated to staying up to date with the latest techniques, materials, and dental technology.

Territory Manager
Amy graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration. She was born and raised in Texas, and currently resides in Austin, Texas. Amy has worked in the healthcare industry for several years and truly believes it is the most rewarding work she’s accomplished. When Amy is not hard at work, you can find her outdoors, eating good food, listening to live music, or playing recreational sports. Every opportunity she gets, she spends with her family, friends, and her dog Fox!
